EML developed advanced models of intelligent walkers designed to help with the stability and pathological gait of patients and to allow therapists to monitor their condition. A collaboration between ORTHOS XXI and the University of Minho, integrating new materials, sensors and actuators, to demonstrate the technological advantages of multifunctional walkers in the healthcare market.
