TRUE (Transparency of learning outcomes through blockchain technology) addresses the limited standardisation of student records in European education by developing an integrated training strategy for the assimilation of blockchain technology in higher-education institutions, using distributed, decentralised and cryptographically validated records to maintain and share learning outcomes.
