SIAP is a research project at LIACC, the Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science of the University of Porto. AI for data processing to make heritage supervision more effective and optimise intervention through sensing and monitoring of historic structures.
About SIAP
SIAP — Artificial Intelligence System for the detection and warning of risks on Heritage — uses AI tools for data processing to increase the effectiveness of heritage supervision services and optimise intervention strategies, through sensing and monitoring of historic structures. Funded under SAMA 2020 (operation POCI-05-5762-FSE-000234); its innovative character earned it transformation into a Simplex measure.
