About the project
RETAILL develops software systems that combine environmental and territorial data with data from agents along the supply chain into actionable information: optimised logistics and routing, alternative solutions for surplus food, new raw-material and product tracking, better food preservation, life-cycle assessment and environmental-indicator monitoring — focused on fruit, vegetables, chilled and fresh-packaged products. Approved in the Eureka Clusters Sustainability Call 2022 (ITEA seal), funded under Portugal 2030.
