About the project
ERS-IA supports the Entidade Reguladora da Saúde (ERS), which collects daily data on health-care providers and users' perceptions. Under the SAMA 2020 programme, ERS and FEUP develop AI models to assess complaints about health-care providers, helping analysis and decision-making over large volumes of complaints data.
